Refund Policy

We don't offer refunds, because we give you the full product free for 30 days first.

1. Why no refunds

Every ChaiBuilder deployment starts with a 30-day free trial: no credit card, no email, and the entire feature set unlocked, nothing is gated. The trial exists precisely so you can validate that ChaiBuilder works for your use case, on your own stack, with your own content, before you pay. By the time you buy a license, you've been able to test everything a license unlocks. For that reason, all purchases are final.

2. Before you buy

Please use the trial deliberately: deploy on your real hosting, connect your real database, build a real page or two. If anything is unclear during the trial, contact us or ask in the docs, we'd much rather help you evaluate properly than have you buy on hope.

3. The exceptions

We will always put right genuine billing errors. Licenses renew automatically each year; you can cancel auto-renewal anytime before your renewal date from your payment processor's receipt or portal. Contact us within 30 days of the charge if you were charged twice for the same license, charged after a cancelled renewal, or never received your license key and we can't deliver it. Write to support@chaibuilder.com with the receipt from your payment processor.

4. Payment processors and consumer law

Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Dodo Payments, Stripe, Paddle, Gumroad, or Lemon Squeezy); where the processor is the merchant of record, its refund handling applies to the mechanics of any refund we approve. And where the consumer law of your country grants you rights that can't be waived by this policy, those rights prevail.

5. Chargebacks

If something's wrong, come to us first, we resolve billing errors quickly. Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us may result in the associated license key being suspended while the dispute is open.
